Ever have those bars from the grocery store made with dates? Just a few basic ingredients and the good news is they are NO BAKE and have no added sugar! You can choose to make them with medjool dates or deglet noor.

If you have a sweet tooth, these bars will be a good option and are also a high-protein snack so they will hold you over until your next meal.

You can substitute the cocoa powder with cacao powder if you want, as well. If you don’t want to use peanuts, just add your favorite nuts! One of my favorite options is almonds.
