Christmas morning is a magical time and usually a very busy morning as well! One of my favorite ways to celebrate first thing that morning is with a delicious sourdough breakfast!
Having your menu for breakfast can save a lot of time and ensure you serve something delicious, nutritious, and special for your family on this wonderful day!
There is something for everyone on this list from savory to sweet!
There are no wait sourdough recipes and long fermented recipes.
I use fresh milled flour for all of my baking and use the Nutrimill Impact Grain Mill to mill my whole wheat berries.

This sourdough breakfast casserole recipe uses sauteed veggies, sourdough starter, cheese, and eggs for a protein packed, long fermented grains breakfast that will satisfy even the pickiest eater.
To make this recipe, you will saute onions, peppers, potatoes, and any other veggie you prefer in some melted butter or olive oil.
