How to make Homemade Granola

This homemade granola recipe can be served over yogurt, with milk, or just as a quick, healthy snack!

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts (any kind you prefer)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Oil (olive or avocado)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for around 20 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes.
  • Once the edges are brown, it's ready to take out of the oven.
  • Allow to cool completely. It will crisp up once cooled.
  • Optionally, you can add some raisins after it has been cooled.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Serve over yogurt, with milk, or just as a healthy snack!
