Ingredients

  • 1 can Tuna
  • 2 tbsp Pickle Relish
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dill
  • 1 Jalapeno, finely chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the tuna and flake it with a fork.
  • Chop the jalapeno very finely.
  • Add the mayo, relish, and spices. Mix well.
  • Add in the jalapenos and fold into the salad.
  • Serve on a slice of sourdough bread or scoop into a lettuce leave for a low carb option.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
