Mill your wheat berries on the fine setting of your grain mill.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mash the bananas in the square baking pan that has been oiled or is lined with parchment paper.
Add the egg, honey, oil, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
Top with the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix just until combined and no dry bits of flour remain.
Bake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes or until set and lightly golden brown.
